Online Giving Return Policy

All gifts given of any type are final and for unrestricted use. You understand that all of your gifts are unto the Lord and pledge that you will not cause these funds to be returned or go unpaid. Returned checks will be referred to a third party for collections. All giving is final. Once you give, you cannot request or receive change or monies back under any circumstances.

Event & Ticket Return/Refund Policy

Refunds or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event time unless otherwise specified. Events, camps, or programs may be non-refundable or require non-refundable deposits; details will be posted online, in print materials, and/or at point-of-purchase/registration for each event.

 

To request a refund

Please call the Christian Fire Assembly Church Office at 443-610-8738 during business hours (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, M–F) or send an email to info@cfadmv.org. Please include the event name, number of tickets/registrations, form of payment (cash, check, debit/credit card) and the name of the person registered for the event in the request. Also, please include your complete contact information so we can respond to your request. Thank you!
